Data collected and purposes
This website collects personal data only when you write to us through the contact form or by email: company, name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. We use them solely to answer your request and for any business relationship arising from it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a contractual relationship follows.

Recipients
Data are not disclosed to third parties. They may be accessed by authorised Tirelli srl staff and by the provider managing the website and email systems, appointed as data processor.

Cookies
This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics. Visit statistics are collected directly by the website in anonymous, aggregated form, without cookies and without storing IP addresses: they are used only to know how many people view the pages and where they come from, and are deleted after 26 months. The company video is loaded from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) only if you click on it; from that moment Google’s privacy policy applies. For this reason no consent banner is required.

You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or object to it by writing to tirelli@tirelli.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
